1 - 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts |
4 oz Light Cream Cheese
4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 Cup Grated Light Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Fat Free Mayonaise
1 Garlic Clove (peeled and minced)
1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Coarsly chop the artichoke hearts.
Drain the artichoke well.
Combine the light cream cheese and fat free cream cheese
in a small bowl.
Microwave the cheese just enough to soften.
In a mixing bowl, combine light cream cheese, fat free
cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonaise, garlic, dill
weed, and cayenne pepper.
Mix very well.
Fold in artichoke hearts.
Transfer to a 9 inch baking pan.
Bake artichoke cheese dip, uncovered in preheated oven
for 15 minutes.
The artichoke cheese dip should be lightly brown on top.
Serve with baked tortilla chips or french bread.
