Easy Artichoke Appetizer Recipe






1 -6 1/2 oz Jar Marinated Artichoke hearts
1/2 Cup Grated Light Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Red Onion (chopped fine)
1 Plum Tomato (chopped fine)
5 TBSP Fat Free Mayonaise
Fresh Basil (chopped fine)
French bread (cut into 1/2 " thick slices)

Preheat broiler.
Mix together artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, red onion,
tomato, and mayonaise.
Place bread on a large baking sheet (cookie sheet).
Add equal amounts of artichoke mixture on top of bread.
Lightly sprinkle fresh basil on top of mixture.
Broil in preheated oven for 2-3 minutes or until lightly
browned.

If you are using this for an appetizer, after cutting the bread
into 1/2" thick slices, cut into smaller bite size pieces.
Then, add the artichoke mixture on top as directed above.
