4 Boneless Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup Light Butter
Packet Italian Salad Dressing Mix (.7 ounce)
1/2 Cup White Wine
1 Can Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.75 ounce )
4 Ounces Light Cream Cheese
1 tsp Dried Chives
Angel Hair Pasta
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat.
Add the dressing mix.
Mix.
Add the wine and cream of mushroom soup.
Add the light cream cheese and chives.
Mix well until smooth.
Take the skin off of the chicken breast.
Place chicken breast in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Bake the chicken for 1 hour.
While the chicken is baking, prepare desired amounts of
angel hair pasta according to the package directions.
On a plate, place the chicken on top of the pasta.
Pour some of the sauce over the chicken and serve.
